Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (by email or letter) to your Account Executive no later than 10:00 a.m., 14 business days before your event date.

Cancellations received less than 14 business days prior to the event will be subject to a 100% charge, including cancellations due to inclement weather.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

Payment Policy

All quoted prices include a 4% discount for payments made by cash, cheque, money order, e-transfer, or direct deposit.

If payment is made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), the discount does not apply and a 4% charge will be added to your invoice.

Payment Terms

All events must be paid in full prior to delivery, unless credit terms have been established.

Credit terms may be arranged through completion of an account application and management approval.
